Biography
Born and raised in Hackney, Michael Abraham’s music journey blossomed at a young age. Learning the congas and drums in his after school club, the young don developed his craft in the church where his father preached as he played piano in the choir, whilst hiding to the world he also had a voice. It wasn’t until later that the multi-talented artist developed as a singer and rapper, and displayed his long-lasting hidden passion. 2020 was the promising start of his career as an artist when he put out his debut EP Tales of Charliee Whitee, a captivating project that encapsulated the 25 year old’s musical universe. Drawing upon pop culture references and inspiration from the likes of Tyler the Creator, Charlie Chaplin and Pharell (to name a few), Michael Abraham’s style cherry picks from early 2000s RnB, Alternative Rap and Soul. With an appetite to explore different channels within his craft, the art of performance and character building is what makes him ever-so intriguing.
